The small print
ISLA is a Retrieval Augmented Generator (RAG) using a Large Language Model (LLM) and proprietary tools. Its bespoke protection and underwriting knowledge base is maintained by The Interesting Life Company from open-source information and acquired industry expertise. All data is kept within UK-based, access-restricted Google Cloud infrastructure, with encryption applied both in transit and at rest, and the database isolated from the public internet. It has multi-factor authentication (MFA), limits adviser access to their own data and uses trusted, compliance-certified third-party providers. ISLA is available as a web-based application for a subscription of £20pm per person. ISLA is for advisers and does not provide regulated financial advice.
